Client Accounts Assistant

The role is in the busy client accounting team, based in the Stirling office but with hybrid working available, following a period of initial training.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will assist the client accounts team to provide a first-class accounting service to its rural clients.  This is a busy, varied role, with the opportunity to liaise with many different colleagues across the firm.  The successful candidate will work with a large portfolio of clients.

Key duties include:

• Processing receipts
• Processing rent demands
• Processing purchase invoices and payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Month end reporting

To be successful

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Prior experience of Xero (desirable)
• At least 1 year’s experience in an accounting environment
• Excellent excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence, be approachable and calm under pressure
• Superior organisational skills
• Superior attention to detail

Due to the location of the office, on the outskirts of Stirling, a car is essential.  There is ample free parking on site.
