Marketing & Events Co-ordinator

Hybrid with office base in Stirling

Permanent/ Full-Time | Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team, on a hybrid basis, with an office base of Stirling.

Your prime responsibility will be to manage and drive forward our events and marketing related activities to ensure they continue to add value and represent the Galbraith brand consistently.

We are a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England specialising in property sales and lettings and rural, energy, natural capital, forestry, building consultancy and commercial property advice. This role provides great variety day to day and the opportunity manage events across all our geographical locations, so travel is required.

Your new role

Primarily you will be responsible for evaluating, co-ordinating, promoting, attending and managing year-round company events, seminar and functions, both physical and online that effectively target our current and potential clients. This role includes everything from front of house to behind the scenes.


You will also be responsible for gathering, analysing and providing event feedback to the business to ensure the viability of all events and that the firm’s event marketing is targeting clients effectively. Important aspects of the role are sourcing and purchasing promotional items, organisation of event logistics, website and other social media event promotion content, coordinating event email newsletters, event invitations and managing replies and guest lists.

You will also work closely with the wider marketing team on the production of event speaker presentation documents for seminars in accordance with corporate guidelines.

To be successful

You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar events role and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administrative skills.

You will be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment where your creative ability and digital skills will be invaluable. You will be part of a marketing team where energy, an outgoing inquisitive nature and attention to detail are all essential qualities.

You must have a current driving licence and have access to your own car for business use.

Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Friday however some out of hours work will be required due to the nature of the job.
