Your New Role
Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join two busy teams providing key support which will include, but is not limited to, drafting and formatting documents, supporting the client on-boarding process, proactive diary management, maintenance of data systems and administering the office social media accounts.

The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with the wider administrative team, screening telephone enquiries/requests from visitors, clients and employees at all levels and action appropriately, providing cover for overflow phone lines as required.

If you have excellent organisational skills, an adaptable approach and enjoy being part of a busy team then this role would offer an exciting opportunity.

Previous experience working in professional services is desirable and experience in using Re-Leased software would be beneficial, although not essential.
