Galbraith launch sale of prime mid box industrial investment

The Galbraith commercial team have launched the sale of Gartcosh Industrial Park on behalf of Gartcosh Estates LLP (a joint venture between J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC and Fusion Assets Limited). Phase one of the park extends to 58,998 sq ft is fully let to three strong tenants, providing an annual rent of £497,617. At the asking price of £6.975m the investment provides a net initial yield of 6.69%.
