An appraisal of the repair options available was undertaken and the Client opted to proceed with an over cladding solution. Galbraith’s services were retained to provide design and contract administration services.
Working with a structural engineer, Galbraith successfully co-ordinated the design and procurement of the works through a competitive tendering process and oversaw the works on site. The works were complete on time and in budget with the building remaining fully operational, with minimal disruption, for the full duration of the works.
